Description: Storm drain manholes within the city limits. A manhole is the top opening to an underground utility vault used to house an access point for making connections or performing maintenance on underground and buried public utility.The manhole locations are updated from an aerial view map and/or field work. The layer attributes are collected in the field. A GPS unit may be used to locate the manholes and record it's attributes. The GPS data is then downloaded into the GIS.Projection: Arizona State Plane, International Feet, Zone 3176, NAD83.
